respect host-only settings on update / upgrade

Description
Every time I updated / upgraded my VBox installation my Host-only Adapter settings are changed. I have to reconfigure my settings all the time. This is very annoying, because the problem exists for years.

try to upgrade your version up to 4.3.16 and to observe state of your Host-Only Ethernet Adapters and their settings. Your feedback is welcome.

Because I use the VBox in productive environment I will not update my installation until Oracle fixes all issues introduced by security features starting with 4.3.13. Look into the forum! Even 4.3.22 has its own "Security-Feature-Mess"-Thread: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/13872. To me it seems all versions after 4.3.12 are in testing stage...
I forgot to mention the location of the issue in the UI:
File > Global Settings > Network > Host-only Network > VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter
