Shared Clipboard doesn't work -> file copy and paste not implemented

Description
I have installed Virtual Box v4.3.10 on an Windows 7 SP1 Host. I'm using a Windows XP SP3 Guest with Guest Addtions v4.3.10 installed. I set "Shared Clipboard" property to Bidirectional. I try doing a copy/past between (Host and Guest) or (Guest and Host) but it seems not work.

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 host. Same as guest. Guest Additions 4.3.10 installed in guest. Pasting and copying between host and guest only works when VBoxTray.exe in guest is killed and restarted. But this only works once.

I have done some tests :
- I can copy/past strings from a TXT file in both direction.
- I can't copy/past files ("past" not available in context menu)

Copy and paste of files is not expected to work.
