LPT1 enabled/installed by default in Windows 7

Description
LPT1 is enabled and installed on Windows 7, according to the Device Manager. Disable functionality is, ironically, disabled and removing the LPT port doesn't help much since it's automatically re-installed after a re-boot. Parallel ports are disabled in the vbox config file. In fact, I haven't touched the file at all.
