Horizontal scrollbar display

Description
The 'Auto-resize guest display' is disabled. The guest screen size is set to 1280*1024 while the host screen size is 1366*768. When the guest window is maximized, the horizontal scrollbar should not be displayed. But at this time the horizontal scrollbar is displayed and the guest screen can't dispaly totally along horizontal direction.

Ahh, interesting. I agree in that one case vertical scroll-bar should be visible while horizontal should not. From the first look it seems like some Qt automatic scroll-bar policy bug. We seems have to implement our own logic for such cases.
