Problem to start a guest in ful screen mode in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x64

Description
Problem when i start a guest that is fullscreen mode. The guest do not start in fullscreen mode but only with maximized windows.
My host is: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64BIT Nvidia QUADRO FX1800M, 331.38 drivers version.
VirtualBox 4.3.12..... VirtualBox 4.3.10 work fine.

Trying to understand: Do you think this is a VBox 4.3.12 regression? And about the actual problem: You started your guest, switched to fullscreen mode, then terminated it and tried to run the guest again. Now the guest runs in maximized mode not fullscreen mode, is that right?
