windows 7 hangs at boot

Description
I have just installed VBox 4.3.12. I started the Windows 7 guest to upgrade also its additions (without checking Direct3D experimental support) and at next restart the boot hangs with a black screen after having seen the windows logo animation.
I'm attaching two VBox logs, the first with the old 4.3.10 additions and the one of the successive reboot after having installed 4.3.12 additions
