VBoxtray.exe doesn't work at boot until it's killed and respawn

Description
I am running Windows XP (fully up to date) in VirtualBox 4.3.12, and when I start the box, none of the functionality provided by Vboxtray.exe is working (copy/paste, screen size change, ...), but as soon as I manually kill it and respawn it, everything works smoothly. This bug has affected me for many versions now, I tried to remove and reinstall the guest additions without any success. My host is a 64-bit linux (Debian).
