Error Opening Guest Machines

Description
I am suddenly getting the following error the illustration is for Open suse but i get it on all guests. "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Opensuse KDE.
AMD-V is being used by another hypervisor. (VERR_SVM_IN_USE).
VirtualBox can't enable the AMD-V extension. Please close all other virtualization programs. (VERR_SVM_IN_USE).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: Console Interface: IConsole {8ab7c520-2442-4b66-8d74-4ff1e195d2b6}." I am on release 4.3.12.

This happens if you have any virtualization product running in parallel to VirtualBox. This also applies to the 'compatibility mode' for some applications. There is nothing we can do here.
