Description
At the GRUB prompt in SuperGRUB Live CD, I changed the live CD/DVD, then GRUB stopped working (which was expected) but the virtual machine crashed.
dmesg: AioMgr0-N[24076]: segfault at 8 ip 00007f89ecded9c8 sp 00007f89d6f7dc70 error 4 in VBoxDDU.so[7f89ecddf000+57000]

I can't reproduce the crash here so far. Can you describe the exact steps required to reproduce the crash?

Your .iso files are located on a btrfs partition. Which file type has the partition /b/VirtualBox VMs?
