VirtualBox does not start (no UI)

Description
On my w7 (64 bits) machine VirtualBox 4.3.10 stopped showing his UI. Process becomes visible in taskmanager. Also VBoxSVC.exe gets started (13% cpu , 1 complete core). UI does NOT show up.
Installed 4.3.12, same problem. Reinstalled with renamed .VirtualBox in my user dir, same problem.

Sorry, no idea. You said that this started eventually with VBox 4.3.10. Did this happen immediately after you updated to 4.3.10 or did you change anything else on the host? Some new virus scanner or any other application installed worth to mention?
