create vm backup error

Description
I try to create a vm backup. I want to copyed some txt from the vm to de create backup window's desc, so I restart the vm , and copyed paste, then start backup , bug it finally err.

Sorry, this description is very unspecific. I don't know what you mean by "... so I restart the VM and copyed paste", sorry. Please describe exactly what you did and provide a VBox.log of a VM session which will show the configuration of your VM.
