Description
Hi together,
on VirtualBox 4.3.14 the start of the Virtual Box GUI is very slow in relation to the previous version. The start of a Virtual Machine (e. g. by double clicking on it) is also quite delayed.
I hadn't this problem with 4.3.12. Several reinstalls of Virtual Box or removals of the extension pack couldn't help. This problem doesn't disappear even if I remove the two config folders in the user folder under Windows.
I have this on several different machines.

This delay is caused by the additional security measures introduced with VBox 4.3.14 on Windows. VBox 4.3.16 should improve the startup performance but you will still notice a delay in comparison with VBox 4.3.12.
