webm video capture timinig information

Description
The Video Capturing feature produces an improperly written webm file. The timing information is wrong. The recording time reported in the webm file is longer than the actual recording. While one can play the video in VLC (with strange behavior at the end) other video players cannot play the file despite the fact that they support webm. Video editors like Adobe Premiere Pro with installed webm plugin are nog able to process the file.

Can't reproduce with a recent VirtualBox release, so probably fixed some time ago. Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
