Description
Guest OS Windows Server 2008 R2 Host OS Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials Virtualbox/extensions version: 4.1.12 After logging in to guest, the system starts loading the desktop and virtual box crashes displaying a critical error/meditation guru. I've attached the logs.

VBoxManage setextradata OMGOHFNPS02 "VBoxInternal/MM/CanUseLargerHeap" 1
This should fix your problem.
