Frozing machine on [Starting] and Aborted state

Hi!

I use VirtualBox to osdeving on Windows XP. I have got installed my OS and Linux guest. On VirtualBox 4.2.16 it works perfectly, but when i upgraded it to newest version, when i try to start ANY machine it frozes on [Starting...] 20%. In Vbox.log are nothing wrong, simply it stops at

UIMediumEnumerator: Medium-enumeration finished!

Then i must shut it down brutally, and after it I got message box

Failed to open a session for a virtual machine ...
No error info

Very rarely my machine startups properly, but then it hangs on PIC initialization (that tells my os log and vbox.log. I attach log to this bug as picerror.log)
