VirtualBox is stuck in loading

Hello
This is what I have:

VirtulBox is installed on other KVM based VM.
When I try to launch VirtualBox it becomes stuck and in strace I see that it is stuck on the following system call
futex(0x1fa007bc, FUTEX_WAIT_PRIVATE, 1, {3108855, 390955000})
I am also attaching the VirtualBox installation log.
