Terminate Guest Machines

Description
Virtual is running without Problems, first ! Then me update our backbone for server to 10Gbit with Intel 540 Networks.
Now after some mins --- virtual mschines terminate. in all all modes ( headless or on desktop and so on )
testet for kernel linux 3.6.14, 3.6.15, 3.6.16, 3.6.17-rcX
All Cards with intel chipset do it.
Can anyone help ?
