WDDM Mac Host Win7 Guest graphics do not not update - "white" space

Description
This broke in 4.3.14 and still exists in 4.3.16. 4.3.12 works. When rotating a 3D object, in this case with PTC Creo 2, the area under the mouse does not update - paints "white". Eventually it does update, and may do so faster in 4.3.16 than 4.3.14. Again 4.3.12 is good. Image attached

Exists across multiple installations - various MacOS hardware from 2008 to present hardware, ie 2013 MacPro

Added 2 log files - Vbox.log.16 is a 4.3.16 session with the issue - and - Vbox.log.12 is a 4.3.12 session of the last version that did not have the issue.
