Description (last modified by )
One reason I need virtualbox is to run XP Pro on my Ubuntu installation. I need XP to do my internet banking, and here in Korea all banks require Internet Explorer since their security checks are ActiveX controls.
There is some ActiveX control with the bank mentioned below that is causing VirtualBox to crash with a bluescreen (see attachment). As soon as I try to type some text in the login field, the system crashes. I've tried this site with VMWare Server, and it has no problems dealing with these ActiveX controls...
Even though all text is in Korean, you should be able to reproduce the problem by following my steps below. A lot of ActiveX controls will be installed the first time you access the bank. http://keb.co.kr
In pic 1 below, click on the button that I've indicated. After all ActiveX controls have been installed, try typing some text in the login field. You will immediately get a blue screen as in pic 2.

Looks like a duplicate of #773.

Actually #773 talks about VirtualBox crashes, not guest blue screens. Reopening.

Please reopen if still reproducible with VBox 4.3.0.
