Description
I am running WIndows 7 on my macbook pro that is running Mavericks. I always run virtual box in full screen mode, but if I switch to another full screen app and then come back the screen is gray. The only bypass so far for me is to use Mission Control to go back to my Windows 7 virtualbox. This only started happening after the newest update (4.3.16).

I have observed the same thing on my macbook pro running Mavericks with Windows 8.1 as the guest. I have a Thunderbolt as a second screen and run windows full screen on it. When clicking on a mac app in the primary screen, Windows greys out as seen in the previously attached image by Mateo. After clicking the Mac app on the primary screen, the way i get the grey screen to go away is by clicking the title bar in the second screen.
