VBoxSVC.exe freeze with windows after graceful shutdown of guest

Steps

1. Launch Archlinux guest via GUI
2. in the linux guest, use poweroff cmd to shutdown
3. Close all virtualbox GUI

After that a) cannot start the guest VM agin b) windows cannot shutdown c) cannot kill the VBoxSVC.exe by anyway(taskman, taskkill, procexp)

It even cannot reboot or shutdown the host when becoming this state. I must force poweroff or hard power recycling.

It happens for few version but I cannot remember since when.

Host: Windows 8.1 64bit Guest: ArchLinux 64bit
