VBoxDrv failure with Windows (8.1) Bluescreen

Description
I had a Windows Server 2012 Guest hosted on Windows 8.1 that failed with bluescreen. Windows 8.1 indicated the failure was due to the VBoxDrv.sys
The guest had been installed quite a while back and had never failed like this, and the host has been working fine with VirtualBox since Win 8.1 was released.
Since this failure occurred everything has been working fine for the both host and guest.
I can't offer much more details so have attached various log files including the grep 'VBoxDrv' of the host MEMORY.DMP. Help all this is useful :)
