Severe network latency after upgrade to 4.3.18

Description
With an OS X Yosemite host, after an upgrade to 4.3.18, a Solaris VM (ZFS simulator) had what seemed to be extreme network latency. Processes performing IO to local disks seemed to perform fine, but IO over any network connection (host-only, NAT, or internal networks) had extreme latency. For example copying a file to a NFS share or using scp to transfer a file would stall and not complete. Downgrading to 4.3.16 restored normal functionality so it would seem the issue is with 4.3.18 specifically.

Replying to frank: I have tested 4.3.20 which was just released and it seems this release fixes this issue. I suspect this was a byproduct of the interrupt handling regression that was mentioned in the release notes. At this point I would close this ticket.
