Fails to start virtual machine

Tried to create a new virtual machine and received the following error. Virtualbox is running on Windows 7 32-bit.

Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.

The application will now terminate.

Please attach a VBox.log file of your CentOS 6 VM to this ticket as well as the corresponding VBoxStartup.log file.

Sorry, without any log file we cannot do anything.
