Unable to delete snapshot - Hard disk 'Disk location' has more than one child hard disk (3)

Hi,

I am trying to delete snapshot on VM but getting error message - Hard disk 'Disk location' has more than one child hard disk (3)

VM Version - 4.3.20 r96996 OS - Windows 7 OS on VM- windows server2003

Details about the error: Failed to delete the snapshot Snapshot 1 of the virtual machine XXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Hard disk 'H:\infor.vdi' has more than one child hard disk (3).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: SessionMachine Interface: IMachine {480cf695-2d8d-4256-9c7c-cce4184fa048}
