Install of 4.3.20 caused problem with Visual Studio 2010

Description
I was running VirtualBox 4.3.12 and I upgraded to 4.3.20. I noticed in the change log that one of the fixes was that it no longer needed to reboot after install. However, I dispute this, as after the install was complete, I tried to run Visual Basic 2010 Express and Visual C++ 2010 Express and both failed to open with a weird exception error I have never seen before. I even tried a repair install of Visual Basic and it still did it. I had just used Visual Basic yesterday, and nothing else had changed on my system. After I restarted the system, Visual Basic opens right up. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit on an i7.

That might happen and is not necessarily a problem with the current version, it could be also a leftover from the previous version. IMO no need to investigate as your system seems to work now unless you can reproduce the problem on a fresh Windows installation (VBox never installed before).
