windows 7 host, 4.3.20 virtualbox software
Guest:Unbuntu 14.10 allocated memory: 1024M Latest guest tools installed as of the release of 4.3.20
after 16 hours of being open the guest will use 4G-5G of memory. closing the guest free's up that much memory on my system.
