W7x64 don't see 64 bit options

Description
I have 2 machines using W7 64bits. In one, ok, Virtualbox show 32 and 64 bits options In another, Virtualbox show only 32 bits options

That means that AMD-V is probably disabled on your Athlon II X2 240 box. Please attach a VBox.log file from a VM running on this box. The VBox.log file should contain information to understand this configuration problem.
