Description
When I try to open VM I am getting the following error. Please can you help me on this? PFA
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine vm. VT-x is not available. (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX). Failed to open a session for the virtual machine vm.

Environment info:
VirtualBox : Version 4.3.20 r96997.
Operating System: I have both Windows 7 (32/64 bit)
Machine: Dell Studio 1555 (Intel Centrino)

Please attach the VBox.log file of that virtual machine. I assume that your CPU does not provide support for VT-x. In that case your VM will not start because you set 2 guest CPUs. Running VMs with more than one guest CPU requires VT-x support according to the VirtualBox documentation (section 10.3).
