It's more elegant to provide a counterpart to the startvm subcommand of VBoxManage.

VBoxMange controlvm poweroff
I know about that command, there's just no advantage in letting the user figuring that out and forcing him*her to search through the docs and manpages, rather than provide a symmetric shortcut.
