virtualbox installing rolling back in the end of the install

Description
I'm a new user and my device hadnt insall virtualbox before that time and when I try to install the program in the last of the installation i see next to status rolling back I had tried the latest version 4.3.22 ( I had restart download for two time but the same proplem) and the older last virson and the beta 4.3.23 and every time I delete setupapi.*.log I had windows 7 64bit I read about msi log I dont know where I found it
