When VirtualBox not running on win7-32, get many interrupts, CPU usage getting high load

Description
When VirtualBox not running, win7-32 get many interrupts (4-10%) and overall CPU usage getting high (~ 50-60%), but when I start VirtualBox guest Linux or windows, CPU usage becomes to normal value (<15%). Processes 47, threads 580, handles 14368 on win7-32 without VirtualBox.
I use Winternals ProcessExplorer v16.04 to monitor system.
And sometimes I gets messages about disconnect and connect network link on any type of guest OS.

Please close this ticket, because other applications get same results, it something wrong in other part of my system, CPU load not depend on VirtualBox.
It's my fault to open this ticket.
