network drops in 4.3.22

Description
It appears some kind of network bug was introduced in 4.3.22 I switched back to 4.3.20 and the issue is not present. After upgrading to 4.3.22, the networking in all my VMs (3 different linux versions, as well as windows) disconnects intermittently, on the order of every minute or two, then immediately reconnects. This has the unfortunate effect of clobbering any active ssh sessions, for instance. I downgraded back to 4.3.20, and the problem is not present. I don't really have a good way to provide more info, but let me know if there is something you would like me to do to try to do so.

The fix is part of VBox 4.3.24. Please reopen if necessary.

I have the same issue after upgrading to 4.3.22.
Windows host Ubuntu 14.04 guest.
I have this issue with NAT, but I don't see this in bridged networking mode.
