USB disconnect causes guest VM freeze

Description
Host: OS X 10.10.1 Guest: Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit USB device: Nokia Lumia 630
Steps:
- Attach USB device (Lumia 630) to guest
- Physically unplug USB device without removing it from guest first (other option: restart phone without removing it from guest first)
Result: VM freezes, and needs to be force quit
Nothing shows up in log.
