Windows 8.1 Pro Install Issue

I just updated to 4.3.24 and now when I try to install windows 8.1 pro the mouse either does not get captured by the host or it does but stays in the upper left corner of the virtual machine. It does twitch a little when I try to move the mouse inside the virtual machine but it wont move out of the upper left. The host does not completely capture the mouse either I can go from host to guest with no problem its just when I get on the guest the mouse immediately goes the the upper left and stays there.
