USB filter with empty name gets deleted

Description
If on a virtual machine an USB filter is created but the "Name:" field is let being empty the filter will only be saved temporary and deleted as soon as the USB filter menu closes.

AFAICS the bug is that the GUI doesn't complain about an empty filter name. A filter name is mandatory.
