Hi!
My Virtualbox version 4.3.26.98988 My config: Asroc H55M-LE, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz, 8GB RAM Windows 8.1 Professional 64 bit, ATI RADEON HD 5570
If running guest computer, a few seconds freeze. The same problem 32 or 64 bit.
The work is still in version 4.0.26.

couple questions:
- Did you boot guest OS from CDROM?
there is a line in the Windows 10-2015-09-09-12-41-23.log: 00:00:11.700452 VMMDev: Guest Log: BIOS: Booting from CD-ROM...
- Did you use fullscreen mode in VM?

Whether it's a CD, boot ols or already deployed Guest-et motive in both cases, as soon as I reach for the mouse to the Guest window freezes.

Temporaly solution, running vBox on Administrator Mode, or disable UAC (It is not recommended)...
