Win 8.1 (x64) with Vbox 4.3.28 crashes. 4.3.26 works OK

Hello
My PC set up is...
- Asus Z97-A mobo
- Intel Pentium G3258 (Haswell Refresh)
- Corsair 16GB DDR3 RAM
- Samsung Pro 850 SSD
- Win 8.1 Update 1 (x64)
- Win 2008 R2 (x64) Guest
- Win 7 (x64) Guest
Nothing special. Until Vbox issues appeared, PC was running fine.
Anyway, as soon as I start Vbox 4.3.28, Internet access is immediately lost on the Host PC.
After restart, the Windows desktop wallpaper appears, but, no apps or taskbar appears. Windows stalls and freezes at this point.
Windows states when attempting Windows Repair: Driver_Power_State_Failure.
This issue has appeared twice, after rolling back to Vbox 4.3.26 then upgrading to 4.3.28. Hence, this issue has been replicated.
Only way to resolve is to effect System Restore point when previous 4.3.26 was running.
4.3.26 works fine with Host PC and aforementioned Guest OS.
So, no more 4.3.28 upgrades for me!
