Description
Ver 4.3.28 r 100309 fails under Windows 7 64bit host, if Windows native virtual PC sessions have BEEN run, or are running when the Virtual Box PC is started. This is the same for both 32 bit and 64 bit Virtual Box PCs. To work around the problem the Windows 7 64bit host PC has to be restarted. Then the Virtual Box PCs start correctly.

This is not a VirtualBox bug. Two hypervisors cannot use the VT-x root mode at the same time.
