Install fails with fatal error but no other message

Description
It gets most of the way through the install then it rolls back and says there was a fatal error. But, it never says what the error was. I've collected an msiexe /lx install log that I'm attaching. It's the only info I have right now. I'm running Windows 7 as the host.
