Mini toolbar does not show up in fullscreen mode

Description
The thin line representing the mini toolbar is originally there, but as soon as I click into the window, it disappears, and never appears again (not even if I move the mouse to the edge), so I have to Host-F to quit fullscreen mode each time when I want to minimize the VM window.
Affects both Linux and Windows guest systems.
VBox version 5.0.0 with guest tools version 5.0.0r101573 installed OS: Ubuntu 15.04, 64-bit, 3.19.0-22-generic kernel

I'm a big fan of VBox but want to confirm this bug.
My host machine is a Hewlett Packard Paviliion P7-1235, 16GB of RAM, running CentOS 6.6, kernel 2.6.32-504.30.3.el6.x86_64
I removed VirtualBox-4.3-4.3.30_101610_el6-1.x86_64.rpm. I downloaded and installed VirtualBox-5.0-5.0.0_101573_el6-1.x86_64.
It installed fine, but I had the same experience of the mini toolbar appearing to be there but disappeared when I tried to click on it. I have not been able to get it back. I am also toggling out of full screen mode so I can use other windows on my host machine.
I also installed the Guest tools, as well.

5.0 changed the way the mini toolbar is handled, so it's now in a separate frame from the main display. This is causing some issues:
- Clicking on the display window hides the toolbar. It's not maintaining its z-order relative to the display window.
- An extra window is displayed in the various DE taskbars and Gnome 3 activities overview.
- When it does attempt to set the z-order when switching desktops, the Gnome 3 application ready notification popup appears (very annoying).

I have the same problem as well, however for me ctrl-m while in the guest OS (win7) will switch back to the host os (linux mint). While in full screen mode.
Looks this affect Linux host, not Windows host.
I also notice mini toolbar will appear again after alt-tab to another VM window. (1 VM now have 2 windows)
