installing VirtualBox-5 kernel panic

Description ¶
While installing VirtualBox-5 got: "Trying to register the VirtualBox kernel modules using DKMS"
Then kernel panic..
DKMS system is broken. Nether to repair nor to uninstall.
Ubuntu 14.04.02 x64

Are you sure you've got a kernel panic? Hard to believe because during installation the installer only compiles the host kernel modules, that's all.
Which package (exact package name please) did you install on your Ubuntu 14.04 system?
