Guest OS still show black sreen when it startup

Description
Guest OS is windows 8.1 x64 or windows 10 x64. When guest os startup ,after windows splash screen,it is still show a black screen when 3D acceleration is enabled.I have to force to close the guest OS.When 3D acceleration disabled it works fine.
