Description
On an Ubuntu 14.04 system running GNOME 3.10, the VirtualBox menus are no longer accessible in VirtualBox 5.0, installed from the PPA (5.0.0-101573~Ubuntu~trusty). Putting the mouse at the bottom of the screen, the menu does not appear. I have tried explicitly lowering the full-screen window of the Windows 7 guest, but to no avail.
Downgrading to virtualbox-4.3-10161~Ubuntu~trusty fixes the problem, suggesting it was introduced in VirtualBox 5.0.

Unfortunately the bug is not fully fixed in 5.0.2.
When I start up a full-screen guest, the menus are now accessible.
However, when I switch to a different host window and then back to the full-screen guest, the menus have disappeared (normally a small part is visible at the bottom of the screen); mousing over the bottom of the screen does not bring them back.

Any improvement with VBox 5.0.2?
