Crash when launching A VM

Hello deers contributors, I wish to install a ubuntu server 64bit on a ubuntu 64bits.
I can launch virtualBox and create a VM, but when i try to launch it for the first time, i get a "guru meditation". I've tried to analyse the log file and looking for a solution but i didn't find

I tried with the 5.0 and the problem still there. What do you mean with "Please try a more recent version", I had the 5.0.2 which is the last release, right ?

Your log file shows that you used 4.3.10 before. Could you attach the log file you've got with VBox 5.0.2?

I've tried a 32bits VM to see if the VT-x was the blocking problem but i got the same issue

Sorry, this configuration is not supported. The log file clearly says that it's not possible to start the VMX mode for some reason.
This is some problem with the VT-x code. Please try a more recent version, either VBox 4.3.30 or VBox 5.0.2.
