Unable to initialize VB 1.6.0 on Vista Home Premium. Need to remove it

I just installed the latest version of Virtualbox (1.6) on a Vista Home Premium machine. I have tried everything to make it work. All I get is a blank screen, no errors. I would like to remove it completely from my pc, using add / remove programs. However, I'm getting the following error. "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738"

Probably an issue with AMD-V. Please could you disable the AMD-V mode for your VM, there are known problems with this mode. I have no idea about the unexpected error during uninstallation but it would be great if you could check again if you can start VMs with disabled AMD-V mode. Try to reinstall VirtualBox. Btw, why did you enabled two network interfaces in NAT mode?

I have decided not to pursue this any further. Virtualbox was removed from Vitsa pc by restoring prior to the installation. I may try again when I have a stand alone pc. Close this ticket.
