The failure occurred at startup custom windows 7 64bit iso.

Actually this looks more like a Windows 8 guest, therefore you need to set the OS type to Windows 8 / 64.

Please retry with an official version. The guest does triple-fault and the guest instruction is an 'int3' which hints to some kernel assertion.
