Description
Version 5.0.4-102546-Win worked with 64-bit guests using Windows 10 on a 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch.
Upgraded to 5.0.6 and this no longer works. So I reverted back. Not sure what changed

Updated to 5.0.8 (as I saw it was released) and same issue. Notice that the 5.0.4 log (VBox.log.3) is a successful boot/etc.
I've attached the logs as you suggest, you may want to change this ticket from stating 5.0.6 to 5.0.8 however.

Added "VBox.2.log" after a couple reboots this works. Normally I start the MacBook Pro Retina by holding down the Option key and booting into Windows 10 and I don't have a problem. Sometimes this doesn't work - this time it did. Weird.

Attached "Logs 5.0.9-r103713.zip" from the Alpha/Beta build of virtualbox. I unchecked use Audio and Network (an External Pluggable UD-3000) and the machine booted up. Again, not sure what's happening here.

VBox.log and Logs%205.0.9-r103713.zip clearly show that another hypervisor is present. Disable Hyper-V on Windows, otherwise your will not be able to use VT-x with VirtualBox.
Without a VBox.log file for a 5.0.6 session these is nothing we can do for you.
