Clipboard behavior: Pasting clipboard from paused VM causes destination host app freeze

Description
- Clipboard Direction: Guest to Host
- Copy any text from guest OS
- Pause the guest
- Paste into any application running on host, or another guest (e.g. notepad)
Now, the application of destination freezes until the source of VM is resumed.
This behavior might not incorrect. but I think this scenario should be handled in some way, instead of freezing target app.
