Description
I am having a guest OS crash regularly with what appears to be the same issue as #13961 and #14089. It happens with pretty much any command that creates high load, especially npm and assorted utilities. The guest hangs and I have to force power off. Sometimes it has a chance to write to kern.log and that is what I'm attaching.
Let me know what else you need. VBox.logs don't seem to be of much help.
Ubuntu 12.04.05 and 14.04.03

I doubt that this is an SMAP problem. Please attach the VBox.log file anyway. We would also need an application dump, maybe the hints on this page help.

Any chance to provide a kern.log file from the guest together with the vboxguest.ko from that guest?
